Ultimate Class Limousine
Horrible
“I received a quote for a specified day to rent a bus. I emailed them back and said I would take it. No response. I called the next day, someone else told me to email them and I could reserve it. I did, no response. I called the next day, I was told I would receive a response the next day. No response the next day, then the following day I was told I could not have the bus because they gave it to someone else. I responded and said I was extremely disappointed and upset and I didn't understand how they were still in business by operating this way. Matt Silver responded back and said this reinforces my decision. Avoid renting form this place at all costs. They are a horrible company and there are many better limo companies out there with much better service.” -

Awful customer service
“Customer service is horrendous. Everytime you call there, you get someone different and you get a different price quote. I got a call back an hour before my event by the owner- who SCREAMED at me-to tell me that i was being given a cash price and they weren't taking my deposit from my credit card, I needed to pay all in cash. Unfortunatly, this was AN HOUR before my event and I had told everyone a certain amount. I never was spoken to about paying them all in cash and none of my friends had the extra money. Also, they say they hook you up with a bar and champagne- nothing. I was lucky we even got ice. \n \nDON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SUCK.” -

Community Airport Transportation and Limousine Svce “Tried to retrieve rates for car service the man was extremely rude & disrespectful. I've never encountered such awful service in my life. I wouldn't book with this man as he doesn't have much concern or care for his future patrons. Dealing with a business such as this will only ensure 100% dissatisfaction. Might as well move on to a more customer oriented and trust worthy competitor. Ive called 10 other businesses in the area and all of them have been helpful in a professional manner. \n \nI will be reporting this business due to the foul language and harassing words. \n \n”
